Glow, Flow, Grow.

When you put on your jewellery, do you wear one special piece all the time?  

How does it make you feel? Is it from a loved one or does it remind you of a special holiday or moment in your life? 

Our jewellery holds so many memories and feelings that are so personal to us.

When I was in my corporate fashion career. Each time I got a promotion or a new job I would buy myself a congratulatory piece of jewellery! A congrats from me to me :) my own cheerleader. 

So, if you have bought a piece of Achillea Jewellery because you connected to it in someway, that’s kind of special!  Maybe you felt connected to the design, or the  meaning. I know many of my friends and family have bought pieces because the jewellery was made by me, so when they wear it it reminds them of me. (Thanks guys, that feels so nice!)

I’ve always been deeply intrigued by how we connect to nature, or that we are nature. 

When I quit my job and ended my fashion career, nature was my saviour! (No it really was).

I would walk and walk and walk to clear my head. Listen to self help podcasts and really get back to basics of calming my whole nervous system through the sights and sounds, be it bird song, the waters flowing, watching the swans on the river and appreciating the sun shining through the leaves of the trees, sometimes even just looking up at the wonder of the sky while I was doing the washing up! (the very first image is the view from my kitchen window)

Nature brought me hope. Because nature is a constant reminder that there is so much more to be grateful for.

I feel as though making jewellery with such meanings, is like me honouring and giving thanks to mother nature.

I have just this week followed my intuition to rename each collection, to be much more aligned in the energy of each piece.

Glow, Flow, Grow.

Glow, a reminder of strength and power of the suns rays within each of us.

Flow, a reminder to find your own rhythm and flow with changes.

Grow, a reminder to trust the growth & live with joy and an open heart.
