Shipped with Royal Mail, you can select either 24 or 48 hours tracked service (you will receive a tracking number and email notifications) The

parcel box will fit through the letterbox.

Each item will arrive in a small matchbox style jewellery box, so perfect if sending as a gift to a loved one.

RETURN POLICY

Most items of jewellery are handmade to order so will usually take 7-10 days to ship. Unless it is already in stock, in which case allow 1-2 days to ship.

If for any reason there is a problem with items when you receive them please let me know as soon as possible.

I cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

I want you to wear your jewellery for as long as possible, if for any reason you experience accidental breakage I offer a free repair & clean service. All i ask is you post the item back to me and also enclose a "Large Letter" stamp so i can send the piece back to you. Drop me an email if you have any questions on this.
